Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 days, depending on the volume of orders, except for Fridays. We do not ship Fridays in order to avoid your shipment sitting in a warehouse for the weekend to ensure cigars don't dry.

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards are charged within 1 business day after order is received. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

You may receive your order within 2 – 3 days after it leaves our warehouse (inventory and payment delays may apply).

Can I ask for box codes?

Yes, box codes can be provided upon request. You can put a comment in the comments field when placing your order or email us with you request: customerservice@bellhopcigars.

 

Shipping Policy

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a $25 flat rate on all orders.

How long does it take for my package to arrive after it ships?

You may receive your order within 2 – 3 days after it leaves our warehouse (inventory and payment delays may apply).

Are there extra fees?

Shipments to remote locations may be charged an additional fee. Your credit card will not be processed until you are informed. A customer service representative will contact you regarding the changes to your order.

Heavy and oversized items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or any U.S. Territory/possession may also incur an additional delivery time and may be subject to additional charges – you will be informed before your credit card is processed.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

A full refund will be issued when one of the following conditions occurs:

  • For defective merchandise.
  • For wrong item shipped due to error.
  • Damaged in transit.
How do I make a return?

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Bellhopcigars.com.

Please follow these simple guidelines:

  • You will need to obtain a Return Authorization number. You can do so by emailing us at help@bellhopcigars.com.
  • Do not return any cut or partially smoked cigars. If returns are received in less than adequate condition, we reserve the right to deny or pro-rate the refund accordingly.
  • Please pack the cigars securely in a clean, odor free carton suitable for shipping and enclose your original invoice.
  • Place the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.
  • We will forward you, by email, a Prepaid Return label.
  • Affix the return label to your package and ship.
