Frequently Asked Questions
Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 days, depending on the volume of orders, except for Fridays. We do not ship Fridays in order to avoid your shipment sitting in a warehouse for the weekend to ensure cigars don't dry.
Credit cards are charged within 1 business day after order is received.
Yes, box codes can be provided upon request. You can put a comment in the comments field when placing your order or email us with you request: customerservice@bellhopcigars.
Shipping Policy
Express shipping with USA delivery guaranteed is $26.95 flat rate on all orders under $200.
Free Shipping on all orders over $200 for a limited time.
Express shipping is strongly recommended.
Our customers expect top-notch service with top-tier delivery. Cigars are one of the most difficult perishable products to ship securely into the U.S.A. Therefore all express orders are shipped with UPS.
Due to recent events throughout North America (riots, politics and Covid19 lockdown delays), shipping cigars via the regular postal services is no longer viable for shipping cigars with any consistency.
Therefore, we have implemented a new EXPRESS Shipping Service that guarantees the safety and security of your cigars with an even quicker delivery time.
We only ship by UPS - they are more reliable and faster than USPS.
With express shipping you may receive your order within 2 – 3 days after it leaves our warehouse (inventory and payment delays may apply).
Selecting Express Shipping guarantees the delivery of your cigar order. If you do not receive your order, we will replace your order immediately or issue a full refund – this is only available when using Express Shipping.
Shipments to remote locations may be charged an additional fee. Your credit card will not be processed until you are informed. A customer service representative will contact you regarding the changes to your order.
Heavy and oversized items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or any U.S. Territory/possession may also incur an additional delivery time and may be subject to additional charges – you will be informed before your credit card is processed.
We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policy
A full refund will be issued when one of the following conditions occurs:
- For defective merchandise.
- For wrong item shipped due to error.
- Damaged in transit.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Bellhopcigars.com.
Please follow these simple guidelines:
- You will need to obtain a Return Authorization number. You can do so by calling our toll free number 1855-295-6598 – Press Admin.
- Do not return any cut or partially smoked cigars. If returns are received in less than adequate condition, we reserve the right to deny or pro-rate the refund accordingly.
- Please pack the cigars securely in a clean, odor free carton suitable for shipping and enclose your original invoice.
- Place the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.
- We will forward you, by email, a Prepaid Return label.
- Affix the return label to your package and ship.
